If your device won’t charge.

Check the lightning cable and adapter for signs of physical damage. Things like breakage or bent prongs might be the culprit.

Look for and remove any debris from the lightning port located on the bottom of your iPhone, then firmly plug your lightning cable into your iPhone.

If the charging port is damaged, your iPhone will need to be repaired.
