Our primary service vehicle in Sacramento is a blue Ford C-Max, clearly marked with company information. The inside is purpose-built for repair work. The rear seats are completely removed and replaced with a fully equipped technician bench.
You are welcome to come outside and join the technician at any point. Many of our customers do. Ask questions, watch every step, talk to the tech. Your phone never goes somewhere you cannot see it.

Screen repairs
Lifetime warranty. If your replacement screen malfunctions under normal use with no signs of physical damage, we replace it at no cost. Every time.
All other repairs
12-month warranty from the date of service. Batteries, charger ports, cameras, back glass. Covered for a full year.
Cannot be fixed
You pay nothing. Not a diagnostic fee. Not a service call charge. We only collect payment when the repair is complete and you are satisfied.
On warranty claims
Our warranty covers malfunction, not new incidents. If your new screen cracks in a new drop, that is a new incident and a separate repair. If it stops working on its own with no signs of physical damage, that is a warranty claim and we cover it. We will tell you clearly which one we are looking at.
On hidden issues
Sometimes a phone has more than one problem, and a cracked screen can hide what is underneath. If a separate issue surfaces during or after your repair, that is a separate service. We will always tell you what we find before doing anything beyond what you originally booked.
Four things to have ready. None of them are urgent.
Charge your phone to at least 30%
Your technician needs to verify the device before starting and confirm it is working after. A dead phone adds time. Anything above 30% keeps things moving.
Have your access details ready
Gate code, apartment number, building number, parking instructions. Add these when you book so your technician can find you without delay.
Back up your data if you can
Data is rarely affected by a screen replacement or part swap. But we recommend at least 12 backups a year as a general habit. A quick iCloud or iTunes backup before your appointment removes any worry.
Note any other issues
If your phone has more than one problem, let your technician know when they arrive. They may not be able to address everything in one visit, but they will be honest about what they can do and what would need a follow-up.
Even if your phone cannot be repaired, you will not leave without one.

Most devices can be repaired. Occasionally, a phone has taken damage that puts it beyond what we can fix on-site. In those cases, you pay nothing. No service charge. No diagnostic fee.
