How the process works
Regular iPads — 4th generation through 11th generation — we carry glass in stock and can often repair same day. Book your appointment and we come to you.
iPad Pro, iPad Air, and iPad Mini require a special parts order. These parts run about three days to arrive. Once the part is in, we schedule your on-site appointment and complete the repair at your location. Still the same on-site experience — just a short wait for the part first.
Not sure whether your repair requires an order? Call us at (916) 250-1878 and we'll confirm right away.
Describe your damage and we will tell you whether your part is in stock, how long an order takes, and what the repair involves. No booking required to ask a question. (916) 250-1878.
